There are a few forms that you should be aware of, as they may be relevant for your petition.
Authorization for Credit Card Transactions
This form is used to pay by credit card the filing fee and biometric services fee processed by USCIS Lockbox. This form cannot be used in any field office.
Fee reduction application
This form is used in order to reduce the citizenship application fee.
Fee Waiver Application
This form is used by applicants who request a waiver of the citizenship application and biometrics fees.

Medical Certification for Disability Exceptions
This form is used if you are applying for US citizenship and need to request an exception to the English language and civics testing requirements for naturalization because of a physical or developmental disability or a mental impairment.
Request for Certification of Military Service
Applicants for naturalization use this form to request that the Department of Defense verify their military service.
