Question 98
When did all men get the right to vote?

The 15th Amendment was ratified in 1870 during Reconstruction after the Civil War. It gave all men – regardless of race, color, or previous slavery – the right to vote. Before this, most southern Black men could not vote. This was one of three Reconstruction Amendments to help freed people.
